During sand blasting, dust collectors are used for dust collecting in the Sand blasting booth. Portable Sand Blasting machine is placed outside of the Sand Blasting booth and the operator can do blasting inside the enclosure by blasting pipe. Sand blasting machine is automatically on-off by remote control and deadman handle in the Sand Blasting room.
Abrasive media Recovery System is two types- mechanical and Vaccum, In vacuum recovery system compressed air is utilized for transfer abrasive and In automatic recovery system during grit, sand blasting abrasive media falls down in screw conveyor and then abrasive media is transferred in bucket elevator, bucket elevator separate usable shot and non-usable by abrasive media separator, Usable shots fall down in sand blasting hopper and this process will continue.
During sand blasting machine operation operator wears safety wear which is protected from accelerated abrasive media. Sand Blasting Chamber can Steel Construction or Civil Constructed, in Civil constructed Sand Blast Room door will be mild steel fabricated with air louvers, Air louvers enter needed air as per dust collection system. Sand Blasting Room System door can be sliding and hinged type, we can supply according to customer demand and space available at customer workshop.
