Pressure Shot blasting cabinet works on the principle of direct pressure blasting. When high abrasives velocity allows by pressure shot blasting which appears in completing the job fastly. A pressure vessel bolted below a hopper of a shot blasting cabinet for automatic abrasive refilling systems. For the high efficiency of dust collection, a tubular fabric bag dust collector, with a generous filter area is associated with the blaster cabinet as a standard feature. A manual shaker is equipped for shaking. A high-Pressure shot blasting cabinet is suggested for fast cleaning, removal of corrosion and heavy rust using all types of abrasives. All types of coarse and medium-sized abrasives can be used depending on the utilization.

Realizing 5 to 10 times higher output through pressure shot blasting cabinets operate with one hose attached to the blasting nozzle. As a small shot blaster pot pressurizes the abrasive equal to the transportation air pressure, the abrasive simply ‘falls’  into this air stream and is moved towards the object. So, In this way, the compressed air is only used for moving the abrasive.

Direct pressure cabinets required extra components than the suction blast cabinets. Because the setup conditions are a bit more difficult, it takes a larger investment to get started with a direct pressure cabinet. and it is faster than the other cabinets Because a direct pressure cabinet propels the blast media with greater force, universally, the blast machine components tend to wear out at a faster rate than with a suction blast cabinet.
