And abrasive media is fed into the grit blasting hopper having gravity feed. Hopper has two levels of sieving in which the upper level is a perforated sheet having 8mm holes. And the second level of sieving is wire mesh having 3mm holes for filtration of abrasive media. It is used for effective grit blasting cabinet for removing a hard layer of unwanted contaminants. In the pressure blasting cabinet Checkered stand is used for pressure blasting. The checkered platform provides an operator to stand on the cabinet. Obtaining a 5 to 10 times higher output (compared to suction feed) direct pressure grit blasting cabinets operate with one grit blasting hose connected to the grit blasting nozzle. As a small grit blaster pot pressurizes the abrasive media equal to the transportation air pressure, the abrasive simply ‘fall’ (by means of gravity) into this air stream and is propelled towards the Blasting Surface object. So, In this way, the compressed air is only used for transporting the abrasive media (without having to suck it up as well). Good visibility and effective dust containment are achieved by the powerful dust collector extracting system which depending on the abrasive media type and application, dust extraction can be optimized by applying automatically cleaned filter cartridges or a cyclone separator dust collector.
