Nickel Cut Wire Shots

Nickel Cut wire shots are used in sand blasting and wheel blasting Equipment. The Cut Wire Shot is the media of choice for peening, cleaning, tumbling, and vibratory finishing. It is widely used in wheel blast equipment and sand blasting. Nickel Cut Wire Shots are Highly durable and very long-life shots feature uniform hardness and dimensionally because of high durability all the items are high tensile strength and good abrasion. Nickel cut wire shots are a good conductor of heat and electricity.

Physical Properties Shapes and Sizes of Nickel Cut Wire Shots

The size of nickel cut wire shots are cylindrical or rounded in shape and according to the shape are 0.35 to 3.20 mm. The hardness of the cut wire shots is 50-58 HRC. The density of the nickel cut wire shots is 4.5 g per cm cube. There are mainly three grades i.e. G1, G2, G3. Conditioned Cut wire shots are 100% solid in nature. Due to its high durability, it improves work efficiency and manages time.
