In conveyor shot blasting machine, the machine houses a special heavy-duty chain conveyor system having special hard fixtures for loading axles transversely. For blasting purpose, the chain conveyor moves horizontally & convey axles into the blast chamber. The abrasive media slides down from hopper to the screw conveyor that will transfer the abrasive media with help of bucket that is mounted on the rubber belt the shots are elevated at some height. The contaminated and the abrasive media mixture brings out from the section elevated into grasp by upper screw conveyer. The dust and useless fine will be air-bone to an expansion chamber. The fine dust collector will be conveyed to the dust collector through vent pipes. The used abrasive material is then transferred to storage hopper for the reuse process. The abrasive material is then transferred to the blast wheel through feed gates. Thes gates are enclosed so that less noise is produced. The rotational movement constantly accelerates the abrasive and feeds them to blades of the rotor. The3 abrasive material is thrown with a high velocity on the job.
